​Applied Science Live is a podcast hosted by Alex Garinther. We don't record often, but when we do, we feature early-career researchers, analysts, inventors, or young professionals practicing something you might call "applied science." From psychology to economics to engineering, the bounds here are generous and the disciplinary lines tenuous. The idea is to showcase innovative work being done across the spectrum of science and society, and to provide a behind-the-scenes look at the people who are turning their data-driven endeavors toward social impact.
